Guest guest
I'm hoping someone else may have come across this, and can share their experience. My son seems to tolerate eggs in the baked goods, pancakes, and waffles I make but if I feed him scrambled eggs he has a really bad day. He gets whiney, tantrums, and completely exhausted for no apparent reason. Looking back at his food journal there were 2 days when he did have scrambled that he had a great day. I normally try to buy the Omega 3 eggs to use for scrambled and use cage free/organic for baking, so I'm thinking that those 2 days I ran out of Omega 3's and they are what's bothering him. Are they SCD legal since the chickens are fed a diet high in flax seed? They don't bother me, but has anyone else experienced a problem with them? Thanks! Guest guest
I don't think Omega 3 eggs are illegal, but with the pattern you are seeing, I think I'd stop using them and see if the good days continue. I know there are people who can only eat organic eggs, so what the chickens consume can be an issue for some. mom to -12 SCD 4-23-
