I have a 3yo ASD soon that is doing well on SCD. Now my 2 month old son

has a horrible case of thrush. He was born c-section, and is

exclusivelyy breastfed, we have been giving him probiotics on a weekly

basis since birth, but thrush has still developed.

Should I go SCD? Does that make a differnece in my breastmilk? Should I

give him more probiotics? We do not want him to get a gut bug problem.

two gut kids will be tooo much.

Thanks

It will not hurt your child if you go SCD; it could help. Also, you

can put a bit of acidophilus powder right inside the baby's mouth to

combat the thrush. It sounds like the baby needs probiotics more than

once a week. I do not know how much a baby should be having but all

new things should be increased slowly.
