Am I supposed to remove seeds from zucchini in early SCD?

I'm still phasing out of Stage 1 and want to have some zucchini

tonight. The seeds are so tiny. I know at this stage I am supposed

to be peeling, cooking the allowed vegetables well, and de-seeding

when applicable. I'm just not sure if this is one of the veggies I am

supposed to de-seed and how I might do that if it's required.

Thanks a bunch!

Very small zucchini seeds are usually OK. It's

just the big ones we need to worry about.

One thing I have learned is that if you buy the smaller zucchini the seeds

are smaller and less bothersome.
