Guest guest
I'm still phasing out of Stage 1 and want to have some zucchini tonight. The seeds are so tiny. I know at this stage I am supposed to be peeling, cooking the allowed vegetables well, and de-seeding when applicable. I'm just not sure if this is one of the veggies I am supposed to de-seed and how I might do that if it's required.
