Guest guest
Hi everyone, I am not sure how to proceed with my daughter, who has hypoglycaemia. I have been adding honey to her chicken stock to keep her sugar level up, but afterwards she gets hyper and manic. I then tried to give her honey first thing in the morning and then again at night, but she woke up upset and her sugar levels were low, so I think she needs it with each feed (she is tube fed). Do you think Saccharomyces Boulardii or yeast protocol would help, or would the honey cancel any benefit? I have just transitioned to stage 1 foods but have not added the yoghurt yet, will do today 1/8th teaspoon. Apart from a calmer spell on Wednesday, no apparent behaviour improvements, so I am sure it is honey/yeast, and am unsure whether I can get on top of the yeast as she needs a course of glucose/fructose to keep her blood sugar level stable. Advice greatly appreciated. Thank you! Guest guest
Hi, unfortunately I can't help with your questions, but I'd love the same answers you're after. I'm hypoglycaemic and am almost 100% sure that I have a huge candida overgrowth. I don't know how to go about eliminating the yeast if I can't eat foods with sugars in them. Does anybody know how to deal with this issue?? Mum to (3 years, NT) and (17 months, GDD) > > Hi everyone, > > I am not sure how to proceed with my daughter, who has > hypoglycaemia. Guest guest
---Hi I've ordered some Saccharomyces Boulardii to try and get rid of the candida, if that is the problem with Jazzie. I,ve read it can displace pathogenic yeast and support the establishment of friendly bacteria in the gut. Not sure if it will be successful if I am feeding the yeast with honey, but I can only try. I'll let you know if there are any improvements in due course. Guest guest
Hi Glynis, S Boulardii is wonderful for helping yeast problems. My daughter needs the combination of S Boulardii, Lauricidin and very strict SCD in order to overcome her issues. My son only needs strict SCD. There are more ideas on this webpage: http://www.pecanbread.com/new/yeast.html Mimi > > ---Hi > > I've ordered some Saccharomyces Boulardii to try and get rid of the > candida, if that is the problem with Jazzie.
