Guest guest
Hello all----- I've made up my mind, I've procrastinated enough, I'm calling to set up my appts.-----what I'd like to know is should I contact my insurance company first or have all my tests done, complete my packet, and send it in to Dr. R. I'm just wondering if I'm denied will they pay for all the blood tests and EKG? I don't know which way to go. Does Dr. R. contact the ins. company once he receives our packet? Anyone feel free to respond, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks once again. Pat

All I got was a confirmation #. I never received my insurance letter. That's why I was unsure of what to do next. I will proceed to the next level and make my apts. Guest guest
Pat, I am in the same situation you are in. I submitted the form and sent it in, but have not received my insurance letter. Someone else told me it should take about a week. I called and left a message this morning to see if something was wrong with my on-line patient form. I do know they had computer problems a few weeks ago and it had a direct effect on those letters. Ok, while I am typing this, Barbara called and said she put one in the mail to me! These people are GREAT!! I would call Barbara and ask her to mail a form to you! Sherry in Raleigh

Guest guest
Pat, Hmmmmm, sorry, I don't know what to say. Barb told me once that they sometimes have computer problems that can really mess things up for a while. Why don't you give her a call. I hope you and yours have a joyous holiday season.
