Guest guest Posted August 11, 2007 Report Share Posted August 11, 2007 Olive oil is a good choice. You have to watch the temperature when frying. Keep it at 355F or below. Above it starts to smoke. As I understand it, it is not good for any oil to get to the point of smoking.
