Guest guest
Are concentrated juices ok if no sugar has been added and they are diluted with water? I have been using Heinz Baby pear juice to disguise the 1/4 tspn of SCD sheep yoghurt and since then it seem that his stomach is more bloated? Of course could be the yoghurt? Guest guest
Do not use concentrated juices. There is no legal pear juice. Do not be alarmed that the legal Welch's says " from concentrate " . Elaine checked their process and was confident of it. But in general, concentrated juices, even without added sugar, go through some changes in the processing that make them unsuitable for SCD. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
Guest guest
Does everyone here have a juicer? Just wondering. I got one many years ago. I've gone off and on using it, but it seems it would be the best route to go on juicing. (One of my favorites was juice of apples with juice of carrots, a bit of fresh ginger and part of one beet).
