Betty. We all love you, you know that don't you? You are one of us, and a

star at that! You're warmth and caring have been shining thru for months.

You were one of the folks who helped me when I was the new-kid and knew from

nothing! But Betty,

the Century club is when you lose 100 pounds, not when you get into the

100's. But regardless, your news is good news. A 33 pound loss is a loss,

right? You'll break 199 soon. And that resistant waistline will wake up and

begin to shrink as well. You are probably slow average for your starting

weight. Did you ever check that out on the Web site? It tells you what you

can expect according to your start weight.

Take care. Keep your chin up. Soon you'll be in the 100's. PhillyJude

is that the chart on the front of the manual? I found it very confusing? Or

is there another chart.

Hi, I am now about 10 weeks post. I still have only lost 33 pounds.

I have been sitting on this 200 mark for over a week now. Oh if just

one more pound would go and I could join the century club.

I guess I must not complain. I feel OK. I tolerate all foods except

milk and breakfast cereal. Milk gives me GAAAAAAASSSSSSSS. However

the lactose free milk does ok. Breakfast cereal makes my heart pound

really hard for about 45 minutes. Thats all. No nausea ever.

I still am 45 " in the waist. That is what I was at clinic. So no

new clothes for me. I have been waiting to buy some pants, but I

hate so to buy the same old size. But I am getting needy, so I guess

it's off to Walmarts and the same plus size as always.

I have met the neatest and most endearing friends on this website.

Some I have met personally and can't believe what wonderful friends

they are becoming. I had lunch one day last week with Blair ,

Margaret Hamiliton, (who, by the way is dancing on 1/3) and Cindy

Lovingood who is dancing on 12/29. But also, the ones on the list I

feel I know almost as well. I am not the best poster in the group,

maybe one of the worst, but I love each of you and each one of you

going to Durham is on my prayer list for that week.

45 " /45 " I hate the figure 45 right now when it pertains to waist

size.

Betty,

Just my 2 cents, hon, but are you exercising at all ?

I start water aerobics this week (6 wks) and I'm hoping that will help more with

the inches..

P.S. your weight loss sounds great, whatcha' complaining about, LOL

Betty,

So glad to see you post. Thirty-three pounds is wonderful. I'll bet those

inches start melting away like Frosty the Snowman in July. Best holiday

wishes.
