I stopped yogurt and banana..Still I am having diarrreha..

Can I take imodium to stop it?

Dry curd cheese..:

We simply take the SCD home made and remove water to make Dry Curd

Cheese.

I found that for the past 8 days

I am taking only soup/carrots/fish and diluted juice..which is more

than 5 days max..When I introduced banana it went for D..

This is what I am figuring out..So I decided to add

zuccunis/beans/squash from today..will this help stop D?

1)How to stop D?Should I add any new food items?

thanks

Hi, Prasanna,

Imodium may have illegal ingredients. We are not sure. How are you

doing? Are you still having D? Did you add a new food? Here are some

suggestions:

--puree your vegetables, or all foods with a blender

--start the yogurt again in a very small amount this time; stop if

the D gets worse

--try digestive enzymes

mom to -12

SCD 4/23/04

Hi

I started eating cooked veggies like french beans/zuccinis and it

contorolled that a bit..

Worst thing i did was taking psyillium husk powder and it stopped D..

Unfortunately after 3 times (3 spoons) I took, After that I realizesd

from forum that husk is illegal..Anyway I stopped taking husk and have

to hang on..

thanks
