Guest guest
Hi Tarri, I will be spending the holidays here with my Mom, my children and my grandchildren. They keep me mighty busy. I love Christmas, its such a giving time of the year and the look on the little ones faces as they open their gifts from Santa.(Gee all I need is the red suit right now, LOL) I miss not having snow at Christmas time. I am originally from New Jersey and it ocassionally snowed at Christmas time. What are you doing for the holidays? Pat Iurato Nevada

Guest guest
Dear Pat, Thank you so much. I know that it takes a special person with talent to encourage me when your own denial is so fresh. I continue to think of you on a daily basis and what we can do to get your dance card punched. What are your holiday plans? Tarri in Missouri MGB 09-29-00 329/269 Re: Please Pray Hard > Tarri, > You will definately be in my prayers. You go and get them. Guest guest
Thank you Trudy. Tarri in Missouri Please Pray Hard > > > Dear Group, > I know this is a busy season regardless if we are pre or post op. If you can spare a few minutes, please include me in your prayers as I travel tomorrow to Springfield, Missouri to my Grievance Committee Meeting. I have exhausted the appeal process in attempting to get them to see that I meet their criteria for medical necessity. I proceeded with the MGB in September and am now attempting to recuperate the costs ($12, 536 for hospital, anesthesia, and Dr. R fee). The Missouri Insurance Commission has also told them I meet the criteria so I'm not sure what to expect in the meeting. > If anyone else has been through the process of a Committee Meeting, I would appreciate hearing from you and your experiences so that tomorrow may flow smoothly. > I am praying to be articulate, calm, and to have the ability to manage the decision they render. > Thanks so much. > Tarri in Missouri > MGB 09-29-00 > 329/269 > > >

Guest guest
Dear Pat, Let me pack you up a foot or two of all this snow laying around here and you could keep in in your freezer !! Problem is, where it is safe to walk, the road maintenance crews and traffic that is brave enough to drive have already sprayed black salt and it's not very pretty snow right now. My daughter (she'll be 11 the day after Christmas) told me when we got the first foot of snow last week that her brothers (13 and 15) were having contests to see who could " write " their names in the snow. Guess they drank, and drank, and drank to have enough " ink " . I like to died. Good thing we live out in the country! We're going to try and go home this weekend to my parents (weather permitting.) My husband's parents live right here in Nevada(Missouri, of course). There is a 60% chance of more snow to night - only 2-3 inches- but the wind chill tomorrow is supposed to be between -20 and - 30. Other than that trip, I don't plan to be out of my pajamas before noon on any day. Best Holiday Wishes !!
