Guest guest
Hello, I've made chicken liver pate as instructed in Breaking the Vicious Cycle. It's been in the fridge since Sunday, three days ago, and I'm wondering: how long does it stay good? It is a meat product after all. Should I keep it in the fridge for another day, then freeze it, and thaw as needed? Some advice on this issue would be great. Please reply. Dan Be smarter than spam. I usually put things like this into ice cube trays, freeze, pop the blocks, and put in a labelled zip lock bag in the freezer. Then I can take out one or or more blocks as needed, and not have to keep defrosting and refreezing the stuff. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
