Good Ketchup Recipe

I am looking for a good ketchup recipe. I have tried making the one

out the BTCV book but I can't get it to turn out right - it isn't thick

enough. My kids LOVE ketchup and will only eat meat and eggs with

ketchup. I have been using Heinz One Carb ketchup because it has less

sugar. Howver, it isn't SCD legal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

I use Digestive Wellness's marinara sauce

ketchup needs, the sauce is absolutely delicious!

I'm wondering if you aren't cooking the ketchup for as long as it takes to make

it thick. It takes a few hours for me, and the consistency is just like the

ones you buy in the store.

I use BTVC recipe, but only put a little less the 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar.

You do have to cook it for a few hours to get it thick. But the apple cider

vinegar has a better taste then regular vinegar.
