Guest guest
Cooked beans are not a stage one food. Beans are high in their starch content even though it is an SCD legal starch. You will not want to do any cooked beans for many, many months. Just stick to your pealed, seeded, and cook fruits and vegetables and your meats, eggs, ect. Immediately discontinue the beans. I don't know what kind you were using. Once you begin beans though, you will need to soak the dry beans for 8 hours. Then, drain the soaking water, rinse the beans thoroughly, and cook them in fresh water.
