Guest guest
Hello Everyone: I was? wondering what signs should I look for to start moving to raw veggies & fruits? My daughter was constipated but within the last week she has started to have a BM daily. I would like for her to be on a raw veggie & fruit diet but want to be cautious about when to move to them. She is eating stage 1-4 foods.?I am mostly using nuts and eggs for her meats..? Started on goat yogurt two days ago.? She eats things pureed and whatever she doesn't eat goes? through?her G-tube?to get in the days calories.. thank you for any help you can give. stephanie ________________________________________________________________________ AOL now offers free email to everyone. Guest guest
, Congratulations on your daughter's daily BMs! Don't move too fast. You still need to be seeing how she's doing with the yogurt. I know nothing at all about G-tubes. I hope someone who does will post some advice. But it sounds like she does eat on her own some. But everything is pureed. I would think the next step would be eating well- cooked foods that are not pureed. If there's something I'm missing here, please explain. You can get the benefits of raw fruits and veggies by juicing. mom to -12 SCD 4/23/
