Die off?

I restarted the introduce stage for my daughter on Fri 17th Aug

dinner time, because her tummy was so swollen from antibiotic &

illegal chicken nuggets.

My question is her die-offs previously (the first two) had the

exactly same symptoms -flu like with fever in the middle of the

night & runny nose but cleared up the next day. This time she didn't

have the flu like symptoms but her tantrums with lots of screaming

are quite distressing for me. Everywhere we go or even at home,

she's done lots of them and feels hungry all the time. Really clingy

but sometimes can laugh without reason.

She has been eating:

Fri night: Chicken carrot soup (boiled for 4 hours), great jello

Sat morning: Hard boiled eggs in chicken soup without carrot)

Diluted apple & orange juice

lunch: Beef & carrot patties

Diluted apple juice

dinner: Broiled fish

Sun morning: diluted apple juice, left over fish, beef & carrot

patties

lunch: Beef & carrot patties, chicken pancakes (with carrot)

dinner: Well boiled apple , chicken carrot soup, steamed fish

Supplement: Carlson fish oil 5ml - 10ml a day

Apples were thickly peeled but not twice.

Is it possible because she's allergic to salicylates/phenol or is it

a die-off? Thanks in advance for any answer & sorry for the long

post.
