Guest guest
Hi - I have a dosing question re yoghurt. I have started my son on 1/8th teaspoon once a day and he seems to be tolerating this. I assume I should try to increase this to get more benfefit from the natural pro-biotics?? Is there a protoocol for doing this. I have looked at all my resources and I cannot find out if there a specific amount needed or any particular times that are best to take it (such as with or without food) I am also giving an SCD pro-biotioc - shoud this be given away from the yoghurt? Many Thanks, Sophie x
Guest guest
Hi Sophie, If you want to use both probiotics and yogurt, then sprinkle the probiotic inside the yogurt. The yogurt will protect the probiotic on its voyage down the intestinal tract. There is no protocol for the introduction of the yogurt. Every child is unique. Some children can go fast but some need to go slow. There is a big difference between the reaction to an 1/8 of a teaspoon and a 1/4 for many children. There is going to be a die of reaction for many children. You might see both big gains and regressions. The regressions usually go away after a month. If the regressions last more than a month, then seek help. Mimi > > > > > [image: Yahoo!
