Guest guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Share Posted August 20, 2007 Hi - I have a dosing question re yoghurt. I have started my son on 1/8th teaspoon once a day and he seems to be tolerating this. I assume I should try to increase this to get more benfefit from the natural pro-biotics?? Is there a protoocol for doing this. I have looked at all my resources and I cannot find out if there a specific amount needed or any particular times that are best to take it (such as with or without food) I am also giving an SCD pro-biotioc - shoud this be given away from the yoghurt?
