Guest guest
I just got back from my mailbox and had to tell somebody. I heard from my insurance company (Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama) and I'm approved to have the MGB! I had to go through quite a bit of waiting and even had to have a physical and send them my weight information for the last two years before they would give approval and it had to go before the Medical Review board, but it was worth it all because now I'm really going to have this surgery! Now my question to all you post-ops is this: What EXACTLY do I need to send in my package to Dr. Rutledge. I've already gotten my 10 contacts. I'm working on my letter (up to 7 1/2 pages now). I've talked with Barbara and Dr. R and they don't need any of my medical records (no problems). So what else do I have to have? Guest guest
Rebekah Go to the web page and print out the 12 steps. Make sure all of them are done before you send in your packet or it will come right back at you. Dr. R makes us follow the directions to see if we will be good " partners " with him. It is worth all the effort!! Congratulations on your good news!! Margaret in St. Louis --- aktwins@... wrote: > I just got back from my mailbox and had to tell > somebody.
