What Should I look for in Reactions?

Hi,

We are 1 week into this, and my son is way calmer and more aware and is

stimming a lot less frequently.

We are using enzymes and probiotics as we were before this adventure

started.

His last four poops were the most solid poops he has ever had, but

there are still some small chucks of food in them. Does that mean no

tolerance for those foods? (ex: I see orange from carrots.)

I am just not sure if I should be checking behaviors, poop, or what to

decide if a food can be on theh " acceptable " list.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks,

MS

Hi, MS,

I do not remember how old your son is. (Putting his age and how long

he's been on the diet with your signature line is very helpful to us.)

It may be that he's not chewing well. You could cook the veggies until

softer (boiled or steamed well, pressure cooker, etc., and/or puree

them.)

To read advice on what you are looking for in terms of food reactions

please go to the following link and start reading about half way down

the page with the question, " How can I tell tell the difference between

die-off symptoms and an intolerance to a new food? "
