How about zucchini and carrot dehydrated

I have been reading about all of the posts on dehydrated stuff too

early in the diet, and I wondered if slicing zucchini and carrot with

a peeler and dehydrating on a high temp overnight would be a good

plan for my daughter. She has been on the diet for around 2 1/2

weeks.

I did figure out a diet similar to this one (but I didn't limit her

fruit and add things on a specified schedule) and then added grains

back after 3-4 weeks. What a disaster, I think I cleared her of the

yeast and then just loaded her back up. Second time around has been

a bear!

I do feel though, that I have to try veges in the 2nd and 3rd stage,

as she isn't on any fruit. Every time I give her fruit she becomes

inflexible and upset at any change of state or transition-tantrums

galore-exactly 3 hours 15 minutes after.

We are also giving her exotic meats on the suggestion from someone in

this group-THANKS! She has been much better on lamb and buffalo than

on the eggs, chicken and pork.

SO I tried the dehydrated zucchini and carrot this morning and she

has been amazing all morning. Playing on her own, able to accept

limits, is flexible and responsive. It is always a puzzle trying to

figure out what is causing both the positive and negative reactions.

I ordered a yogurt maker and the progurt and scidopholus from gi pro

health..I will start the goat yogurt when I recieve my stuff, yay.

Thanks to all of you for sharing your experience
