Before anyone read this and directs me to the spanish Site I ask you to please not to. I know of them. And they aren't as helpful all your input. Actually I've been on the diet far longer than any of them. I started fermenting the (questionalble Goat milk with the stabilizer and vitB9) in ordinary yogurt maker (moulinex very simple model: on off switch and nothing more) till the Dehydrator arrives. After staying up all night with the alarm clock at 1/2 hr and hourly intervals I had to continously watch closely the over heating of hte temp. Even with the care and all your posted tips all the glass jars over heated except for one. I watched this one like as if I were a hen with her last egg to hatch. I had to unplug 3 times the machine. After repluging and thinking it would be safe for 1 more hour I found to my dismay that it too had surpassed the limit and reached 44.8ºC . There had only been about 12 hours worth of fermentation. 43C being the limit and the issue of NOT over heating goat milk etc. I gave up. Exaustion took over . i went to sleep. I know I need the yogurt. But I have to wait another week till maybe a new batch is made with the dehydrator. In the middle of a bout that was triggered by stress and perhaps too much cheese and honey (always very frugal with the honey) and fruit. Always love fruit. but lately guess it's not liking me. suspecting the there's a yeast issue now & trying to get a stool sample to the lab. The whole yogurt venture last night and this monring was just added stress, mental and physical. So the morning was not as good as my progress yesterday. Or so I think - could be wrong. In the mean time I just pray that bleeding doesn't start masively. I already had some, but only 2 days with with 6 weeks intervals of none..... So far 1 week since that 2nd time....and no blood in site but B.Movements are erradic, no B movements, liquid, liquid mush, very yellow accidic, some shape, pebles or marlbes with liquid, with partial shape mucus or something like it. No continious daily improvement. Each day freequency changes as well as structure. From 5 times, to 0 times, to 2 time, to 1 times, 2 times (small marlbes with liquid -feel as if constipated) On Intro for the 7th day. Need to increase and was hoping the yogurt would be the New food. I never really tolerated the Cow yogurt and the Goat is a last hope. I tried Probiotic freeze dried stuff 7 yrs ago. Recommended back when everyone was on the diggest. Didn't help. Thanks for listening. I didn't think I would run on like this. I really don't know now what to do with the on Goat Milk in Tetrabrick with this staalizer. I have another litre waiting to be used when the Dehydrator arrives. I'll keep checking to see if there's any news as to it being OK.
