Guest guest
HHHello Beautiful People!!! Need cooking tip on frying with almond flour. I tried to make chicken nuggets and the flour became very cake like and thick as if I was making a sauce. I am used to using rice flour but since SCD - I have been struggling. Is there another flour that is better? Thanks in advance for your help.___ --------------------------------- Yahoo! oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links. I use this recipe and it comes out great: http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes/r_011_00225.php I use either boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into nugget sized pieces. Guest guest
hi i just started the scd with my son...and chicken nuggets were a staple for him....i used cashew flour from www.digestivewellness.com seemed to cook better...also i found helpful to make chicken ahead and then put in food processor just for like 15 seconds to make chicken smooth and then mush chicken together with egg and then flour and then fry only for a little since chicken is already cooked...if oil isn't working for you try using butter..... good luck tara " Ms. Le May " wrote: HHHello Beautiful People!!!
