Hi All,

At this stage we all know that there is a problem using the progurt and goats

milk in the

yogourtmet that it heats to 120 if you follow the instructions on this

site.Those of us who try

it need to babysit it during the night keeping lid off and checking

temperature.It really takes

28 or 29 hours instead of 24(because it does not start to ferment until at least

2 hours after

you put it on possibly longer.wit a child with autism you have to perservere to

get it

right. What I want to ask is does anybody know if there is a problem with people

useing cows

milk and cream instead of goats milk with the progurt starter and heating to

120.as the

yogourtmet machine does.Or alternatively if people use a different starter with

goats milk or

cows milk or cream and the yogourtmet heating to 120.I want to know this for

extended

family who also have the machine(yogourtmet).

Regards

Anne
