Hi everyone

I have been posting less since I have been moving and everything is so

confused, especially during the hpliday season.

I have been denied twice now by my insurance, American Medical Security, as

an excluded benefit. I was pretty depressed there for a while, but I am

again appealing it. They actually agree that it would be " an appropriate and

necessary surgery for someone in my position, however " so I am going to be a

self pay. I am now busy sellling stuff to get it all together.

Now for the good news. I have been reading the lists and I HAVE A DATE to

dance.

I spoke with this morning and asked if I could have 's spot on the

10th and I GOT IT!!!!

I AM SO EXCITED MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!

Suzanne,

Congrats on getting a date. I told my insurance company I would continue

the appeals but would not allow them to put my life on hold. I had the

surgery and now I am still in the thick of the insurance appeal process for

retrospective payment. I have lost 60 pounds since I started fighting with

them and may well be anorexic-looking by the time they come to their senses

and realize they need to cover it. Best holiday wishes.
