coconut flour legal or not

Hi I have a 10 year old with autism and seizure disorder and have

started scd again with him this last month. I was wondering if coconut

flour was okay. I have been baking almond flour muffins and waffles

and wanted to add a new " flour " to his diet. Also, does anyone have a

good tasty ketchup recipe. He does not like the one in Elaine's book.
