1.I am on SCD for my UC.

We went to a naturopathy doctor and we went for a stool&saliva test.

They found candida/Ecoli,Ring Worm and Trichuris etc..

Now for Candida I have been asked to cut all juices/fruits/honey..

This is tougher than SCD..I read a post some enzymes to digest

candida yeast..

Question:

A.Can I take SCD yogurt for Candida? Some say YES and some say NO..

B.Any suggestions on good product of Candex and Candizyme.

2.I lost my weight like anything..30lbs and my waist size went down

from 34 to 30...

Apart from taking Avocadoes/olive oil/olives what else can be better

3.Started SCD aug 1st week..

I am on stage1 ans stage2 diet for upto 4 weeks..

Can I go for stage 3 and 4.

Question: Ideally what will be the timespan for stage1 and 2

diets..How many days will be better to be in each stage

I am worried as I am searching for a way to gain my weight

Please advise

Thanks

Hi Prasanna,

Have you read this section of our website:

Yes, the yogurt would be great to control yeast.

I am not sure of the time line for stages, everyone is different.

Try a little bit of a new food and carefully observe the reactions.

S Boulardii would also be great for yeast and bacteria.

You might also want to try lauricidin from www.lauricidin.com

I am not familiar with the brands of Candex and Candizyme. I hope that

others will give help.

More info about yeast is available here:
