Congratulations on your weight loss!!It is such a downer;;to have paid these

people so much money

and then to have them do this. I sent in another appeal, I figured I had

nothing to lose, and I was arguing the actual plan language

(shades of what does NO mean??) and I then got low and said what would you do

if one of your loved ones needed this, like your mother?? have you

considered changing the plan..etc I mean I really got personal.. it cna't

hurt!!!

Dear Suzanne,

I would be in insurance problem queen. Three appeals and a grievance

committee meeting. Verbally they have informed me that the denial has been

upheld. I don't have the letter yet. This time they say that the criteria

they provided to the Missouri Insurance Commission is not the correct one

and that I don't meet the " new " criteria. Until I get the " new " critieria

I'm kind of at a standstill. Let me know how your battle progresses.
