Guest guest
Hello I want to thank all of you on this list who have all been so helpful to me. I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Blessings to all. I am so excited I have a date to dance with Dr. R on the 10th. I spoke to this morning and I got 's spot. I am now going to be busy making reservations, etc. I am happy and nervous, at once.(selling stuff to raise the money) My insurance has been a real problem, though, American Medical Security, they have denied me yet again. I am going to be a self pay, however I sent in one last appeal. I figured I had nothing to lose. I am arguing the actual plan language, there is a part that makes one think that if it is medically necessary they will pay, and they ignored that and focused on the excluded benefit part.. (does anyone know the meaning of the word NO????lol) it can be argued for both sides, I really got personal with it.. like What if one of your relatives needed this proceedure and it wasn't covered?? Waht if your Mother needed it? The lanuguage is ambiguous and unclear... You leave me only joint reconstruction or double hip replacements(which are covered) which cost about quadruple this operation.. does not make good business sense.. Review the plan,, review the gastric bypass exclusion.. in the long run it is cheaper to cover it.. and more " Anyways... I was just venting a bit.. it's kind of depressing.. So hope to hear from other littermates on the 10th of January.. Who is staying where?? God's Blessing on each and every one of you this Christmas holiday!! Thanks so much for all your posts... I may not post much, but I work at reading a lot of them You are one great hearted bunch of women!!! Suzanne Palm coast MGB1/10/
