Guest guest
Hello Everyone - My name is Margie on and I love in West Columbia, S.C. I have a son, Wesley, 5 1/2 with Autism. We have implemented the GF/CF diet for a year now. We saw some minor changes but nothing extraordinary. We had an IgG ELISA test ran on our son and he has allergies that seem to be similar of those that coincide with the SCD. I would like to implement this diet for our son but I do not know where to start. I have looked at the Pecanbread.com website and I have read most of Breaking the Vicious Cycle. Can anyone give me tips on how to start this and stay focused and positive about the change. Thanks for everything and I look forward to being a part of this group. ~M

The chart is a great motivator to keep going with the diet because you can see how things improve along the way. As the diet progresses many (including myself) tend to forget how bad things were when they started. It helps to see it in black and white.
