Does anyone know of a natural sleep remedy for my 22 mo. old DS that is

SCD safe? He has an extremely hard time falling asleep but does OKAY

staying asleep. We tried the SCD safe Melatonin but for some reason

his GI system cannot handle it. Not sure why.

Thanks,

Crystal

Hi, Crystal,

I imagine you have tried all the usual--establish a routine, have a

relaxing bath, no TV and nothing too exciting before bed, read.

My sister claims that drinking Knudsen's Just Cherry juice before bed

helps her fall asleep.

I hope you get other answers.

Hi,

Something that has helped us with sleep is a warm bath with adding epsom

salts to the water. It is very calming. If your child doesn't like

baths..kirkman's also sells a epsom salt cream as well. For the dosage

start with a small amount like 1/8 and work up as tolerated.

Hope this helps,

We use a white noise machineā€¦.it works like a charm for my daughter. For my

son, it works to keep him asleep, but put him asleep. We got this from

another mom

We bought ours from Amazon.com because I find the reviews helpful.
