SPag Squash freeze well?

has anyone tried freezing cooked spagetti squash? I'd like to make up

some school lunch portions and then freeze them for my daughters

lunches. I would freeze it with the spagetti sauce too (mixed

together). Is it horribly mushy or OK?

I do this all the the time and it works very well.

CD companion to J, 35 yo w/ chronic systemic yeast, leaky gut, autism,
