Need input regarding bacon...

I know there was a lot of discussion about this not too long ago, but

I have a new question. Before starting the SCD diet, we gave my son

Organic Prairie bacon, read about it here:

I called them to be sure they don't use any sugar and they said they

do not (just organic honey). I also asked about corn, potatoes, MSG,

GMOS, and soy. They said no to all of it. Is there anything else I

should ask about before giving this to my son again?
