Guest guest
Hi Becky, I have been thinking more about the B12 shot issue and feel like I botched the answer to your question... Then I was thinking about how someone on another board was talking about how they administered the shot...they realized that they had been injecting the needle perpendicular to their son's skin but that they should have been injecting it at as deep an angle as possible so that it would go into the fatty part of the skin to be released slowly. It made me think that I have not been doing it at a sharp enough angle. Could it be that our little guys do best when they just have a bit of the B12 left (as the big dose has dissipated)? Do you guys use FolaPro? We do a half a tablet in the AM and PM. We started our shots the day before yesterday but I think we need a bit more time to see if it helps... Now that I think of it, someone else mentioned that their son did better on Hydroxy B12 (as opposed to the Methyl). Maybe that is something to look into as well? I don't know if this helps at all - I just thought I'd throw it out there... Best regards,
