I had CIGNA and they approved me the first time..it took about 3 weeks, but I

stayed on the phone with them everyday...but some who have CIGNA are having

to really fight for it...and some don't get approved..It all depends on your

policy and sometimes I think what day of the week it is and who is the Dr.

approving...Just hang in there and fight, fight , fight..

Zoey,

Did you have a WLS exclusion in your CIGNA policy? My even states an

exclusion for gastric bypass....so I am expecting to fight, fight, fight!

Any hints except bugging them.....LOL
