Guest guest
I am having a problem digesting legumes. Since they are basically the only starch on the diet I was wondering if anyone has the same problem. I am thinking that a particular enzyme might help. Does anyone know anything about this? If I have to give up beans it doesn't leave me many options for food since I am allergic to basically everything but meats, and vegetables. This allows the body to begin healing. You can take a good multi if you are concerned about getting nutrients. Do you mean that you have a true food allergy (anaphylactic reaction) or food sensitivity (diarrhea, cramps etc.. but not hives etc..) When you wrote beans do you mean fresh/frozen green beans, green peas or do you mean dried beans and dried peas? The dried versions are pretty advanced food because they are starchier than the fresh/frozen legumes.
