Guest guest Posted July 20, 2005 Report Share Posted July 20, 2005 Hi , I had the gall bladder removed, followed by distal pancreactectomy (tail of the pancreas), then the total pancreactectomy. Since then i have had a bowel obstruction caused by adhesions, which has required surgery. Despite this, and being diabetic, i donot regret the decision to have the TP at all, and would definately make the same decision again. If you want any more info, please contact me.
