Guest guest
I am curious how does e-mycin help with gastroparesis. Did your doctor tell you what it does. Does it speed up the stomaches transit time? It never ceases to amaze me how a medication that is made for one thing, ie the antibiotic, can be found to do other things. Some good some bad. Look at Viagra. Guess that falls under the 'happy accident' column...LOL. Hope your doing well,
Guest guest
I don't know how it works, it just works. I am so miserable when I am off it. No, he does not tell me anything like that because I am research. I still have a lot of nausea, but it keeps me from barfing 10 times a day. It's is also somehow suposed to help with BS..I am not so sure about that. If anything my sugars are higher, though, lol...they are " stable " on the high side! LOL...all I really kow is that it works as a stimulate to push the food over the hump. I know a guy who is on it and he loves it. It is our miracle drug and if it keeps us from getting the pacemaker, well....I have mixed feelings about it. I hate drugs but having something implanted in my body just so I don't have to take a drug seems a little extreme.....either way, it works great. I take it every 6 hours- Kathleen wrote:
