I knew that the hydrocodone came in a small tablet form without the

tylenol. I got a call this morning from the nurse at my family

doc's office, and she said that the hydrocodone does NOT come

without the tylenol. Help!! I know that I took 5mg and 10mg pills

for break-thru pain while I was in the hospital with Dr. Lehman, AND

they were small pills. Anyways, she said that I could break these

pills in half so I could swallow them. What she doesn't know is

that when a SOD attack hits, it brings you to your knees immediately

(or within 5 minutes). I can barely get a sip of water in me

because the pain is unbearable. I just can't wait till I see Dr.

Lehman and get this whole mess cleared up. I hate having to rely on

pain meds for the rest of my life!!! I am in recovery too!!! I got

clean when I was 21 (16 years ago). I didn't want anything to do

with alcohol and drugs after that. Now I HAVE to take them in order

to live a half-way decent life. It pisses me off sometimes but I

try to make the best of it. And when my medications work for me

(meaning they keep me out of the hospital), then I don't want anyone

to mess with it! I know that you know where I am coming from and

I'm sure everyone else on this board does too. I just want to be

left alone and find some sort of peace (even with pain meds). Don't

worry, I won't take any of the Oxycotin until I see Dr. Lehman.

Besides, I only have 1/2 of a 40mg tablet. The hydrocodone that I

have now is 10mg (whoopee) I'm sure that won't even touch the SOD

attack, if one should happen before my Indy visit. Geeeese this

whole thing is messing with my nerves which in turn is going to

cause my pancreatitis to flare, I'm sure. Well, thanks again for

all the information. I really do appreciate it. Take care of

yourself. And I will try to do the same too.
