Guest guest
, Go down to Home Depot and go into the outside plant area. get a 20 pound bag of manure (cow poop) and then get a 10 pound bag of it and place it on top of the 20 pound bag. Nooooow, Pick them both up together and carry them around the entire store in your arms for about 10 minutes. 30 pounds is more than I can carry in my arms and when you drop that load and feel that relief - imagine how your bones feel as everyday you get lighter. You're doing GREAT! Debby (Tucson,Az) MGB 12-20-2000

Guest guest
W., I could have wrote this...I laughed...I thought I was the only one on here who felt that way...I think thats why I put off as long as I can to see a GI. in Ga. from Ohio Sorry to hear you had to make an appointment with Dr. Lehman. I always cry too after I make the appointment. I know I have to do it, to try and get rid of the pain, but I have to drag myself there. I hope Dr. Lehman is able to help you so you are feeling better real soon. Hang in there. Love, w Wisconsin
