I can't drink sodas or tea or anything caffeinated because of kidney stones but I drink tons of sugar free kool aid. Wonder if it does bother it? I don't really notice a difference though. I do have a friend who is allergic to it and she has horrible reactions and I have heard of people having migraines because of it. Hmmm... makes you wonder what else it does to us?
