Guest guest
Dont feel bad about what you wrote. It is actually quite correct. Depending on who's paper you are reading. It is essentially a duel diagnosis I suppose that should be clarified on a pt per pt basis. The small duct disease that I had encountered involved a main pancreatic duct that was rather petite and apparently underdeveloped. However complications of the accessory ducts, like clubbing and what not, would also be considered small duct disease. So I guess the best way for each person faced withthis form of diagnosed is to discuss it further with the doctor requesting clarification, is it a main pancreatic ductal issue or an accessory duct issue. The 'filleting' procedure you referred to is the Peustow. I took my board exams at a computerized testing center. There were a lot of people there taking all kinds of testing. The CDE testing is done in Columbia SC, the state capital and is about 3 hours from here. Thats no problem tho. The test registration is several hundred dollars and with getting the kids their school stuff I am a little strapped right now. We'll see. I still think you should write a book. You would be great at that, whatever topic you chose.
