Guest guest
Anyse, I just read yuor post #65323, I do not go on this machine very often.......but as to the fentanyl patches I was on....well I did have a unhealthy amount released into my skin after a shower, although I noticed the day before, gel on my epigastrium area where the patch was gapping open, ever since the beginning patch I was severely sedated. Heidi told me this was normal in an earlier post, but that Sunday I was frantic & could not breathe & having severe nausea & was considering the emergency room. I ripped the patch off shortly after & continued to sleep most of Monday. I asked my internist Monday to change me back to the 40 mg. of Oxycotin that I was originally on (all this was so my insurance would pay) and I had a pleasant surprise. Oxycotin now makes a generic & I am on it!!! So great news, there is more than just the patches all for the price of $12.00 per month for alot of us! No drug is without severe side effects, but I am pleased to be back on the Oxycotin that cannot leak. Sorry if I scared you, but I was quite scared myself. Sincerely Glentzes
