Guest guest
I realize that foods are individual to everyone. But is it a good rule of thumb to say that caffeine, coffee, chocolate, and sugar cause pancreatic stress and therefore cause more problems with the pancreas. I seem to have more attacks when I consume these. Please let me know what you all think. Deb
Guest guest
Deb-yeah...depends on the kind of sugar. Potatoes are all I can eat and I am a diabetic. Weird how they do not effect me. I can also eat a small biscuit and be ok. My doc allows me one shot of espresso a day, and no other caffine. I do just fine with that. -Kathleen --------------------------------- " Life's Your Cup, Drink it Up " ...3 Doors Down Kathleen --------------------------------- Start your day with Yahoo! - make it your home page
Guest guest
I guess I should say concentrated sugars as in candy, you know the stuff that I crave and can't have!!!!! I had a severe attack about four weeks ago on chocolate hard candies. So, I guess that is my culprit. I was just wondering if this is standard for most CP'ers. thank you Deb
