Guest guest
Yeah, Ikind of have blown it off too, but I did ask the doc about it and he said it would get better. I'm more concerned about the recurrent nausea. I aint supposed to have that anymore. I kind of thought that since I have had my guts manipulated so many times in the last18 months that it still has some settling down to do. Oh BTW I have a few 3 Doors Down cd's, when I feel like rocking I pull them out. What do you think of Lifehouse? I love their first CD but my son borrowed it and poof its gone. Guest guest
the dry heaves were the worse!! I would have absolutely nothing in my stomach and all of a sudden this wave would just hit me. I would gag sitting where I was... hated that and it hurts so much. I had a tp-auto ict last november. This nausea is nothing like that, just quesy after I eat a meal and achey. What do think of Ben Harper? I skip a couple of the tracts on the cd but love most of it.
Guest guest
Yesterday I was in a Cat s mood...*S* They placed the islet cells into the portal vein, the big vein that goes to the liver. the islets are then said to travel that and then inplant for good in the liver and vein. I think that is how they told me. they dontknow how long it takes to traverse, they dont know the survival rate till implantation, nor do theyknow how long they will survive. they dont even know what might cause cellular death (although I am beginning to think that the anesthesia I had twice in may could have knocked a few off). But it has been well worth it and I would do it again in a skinny minute. I was very fortunate to have gotten 610K islets implanted. I think that is good enough reason not to wait too long. My surgeon here knew that my panc was shot, and would not do anything but get worse. His thoughts, get them while their good.
