I hate to butt in on your email with , but I tripped out and almost

fell out of my chair when you mentioned pumpkin dust. That is a hoot. Horse

Tranquilizer, who thinks this stuff up. I mean where in the world to you get the

idea to snort that kind of stuff.

When I was a little girl we had a guy in my town that died from huffing

gasoline fumes. Why in the world would someone do something like that? A friend

of

mine worked at Wal-Mart and he said that they actually had to put a block on

how many tubes of model airplane glue people could buy because they had so

many people abusing it. I just don't get it!! You learn something new every day

huh!

Hi Angie,

Actually what a good question. And, if we could know the answer as to why

some people abuse " substances " , it might save countless lives and improve many

more lives, and save the world lots of trouble with this problem. In centuries

of study, noone has ever had a sustained answer to that question.

And now for a pop quiz . . .

1, T or F The first use of morpheine was to treat alcoholism

2, T or F The first use of herion was to treat addiction to morpheine.

3. T or F The most abused narcotic in the world is the leaf of the betelnut

tree.

4, T or F There are documented cases of people who have used heroine for

decades and never have become addicted.

5.T or F Most if not all narcotics taste bitter.

....

All are true folks

Morpheine was first isolated by a German chemist about 1845, he used it to

treat his alcoholic wife, she died . . maybe of an overdose.

Heroine was developed to treat morpheine addicted soldiers returning from WW

I. It didn't work too well. Heroine was used as a medical treatment by doctors

until 1936. While opium is banned, there is no ban on morpheine or heroine.

But, you cannot use it unless it is perscribed and you cannot perscribe it

unless you pay a special tax. There is no way to pay the tax, thus sellers and

buyers in possession are breaking a federal tax law, that's why your trial will

be in federal court. Even if busted by the city, county, or state, your trial

will be in a Fed. court.

The betelnut bush or tree is a sub-tropical/ tropical plant that is very

easily grown, can be stripped of leaves and it just grows new ones, enhances the

ease of labor while increasing libido and performance. usually the leaves are

chewed with a small amount of lime (calcium carbonate) which creates a slightly

alkaline condition to extract the most chemicals from the leaf. (Cocaine

works like this too). Millions of people over the tropical/subtropical world use

it daily from puberty to death. Only drawback is its' use turns the gums and

teeth red and over time causes tooth decay and loss. (No, I don't have any

seeds)

There are enough drug abusers who never get addicted that the term used to

described them is " chippers " . However considering the quantity of users,

abusers, and addicts, the " chippers " are an extremely small percentage.

Medically

there is no known reason why they are not addicted.

Just try eating a Loritab.
