Guest guest
Do you think that means s pancreas is deceased? From those of you who have had the pancreas removed with out the ICT, do you think it was the right choice? How hard is it to control the diabetes? From all that I have been reading, I actually think that having the pancreas removed would be a good idea since she will never have the money for the tp.ict. Or do you that have had the bad part of the pancreas removed think that is the right move? Are you doing well? Jean
Guest guest
Jean, My pancreas was still causing pain and not dead, without enzymes going high. If doesn't have diabetes yet I would think that the pancreas would not be deceased. Having the pancreas out helped me to have a better quality of life than the pain, nausea, and other secondary problems to the pancreatitis. Even if I had become a brittle diabetic I think the choice to live without the pancreas pain would be worth the complications of diabetes. That is one thing that needs to consider. Is a life with brittle diabetes and its complications worth it or not. Crystal
