Hopkins information sheet for new doctors

Hi all,

Not too long ago, someone posted a web site with a great letter for

taking along on ER visits. I can't find it and have searched all over

looking. If anyone remembers this can you please repost.

is doing good today. He was up more and is actually going down

to the football field for awhile to watch his kids practice. His wife

is along to bring him home if he gets too tired. His pain is no worse

than before the procedure, so we hope that soon it will be better. He

has to see the psychiatrist for SS disability next Week. HOpefully

this is the final step. We've all been working to keep them in their

home since he hasn't been able to work.

Blessings to all of you. Thanks for all the help this group has

provided our family. We are selling the courage bracelets like

gangbusters around here. I ask for a donation and most people give a

lot more than the $2.00 cost. I'll send it in as a separate check

when we finish selling this batch, then start over again. I figure

every little bit helps. Love,
