Hi Kathleen,

Recovery times from TP are very individual. I did have a couple of problems,

which is not unusual, given the seriousness of the surgery. I had a

haemorrhage, and also contracted MRSA.

As for returning to work, as Chrissy said, it does depend on the individual,

and the type of work you do. I was a qualified nurse, and was half way

through a further course in children's nursing, so had to return to a physical

job

as soon as possible - i returned to a 3 week placement in the ER!
