Guest guest
Zoie, My level was 5.8 when I was diagnosed Hypothyroid and Hashimotos and after being on meds for a year or so I immeadiatly fell to 0.04. My meds have never been adjusted from that level because, being that high I just might lose weight! Thats according to my FNP and a Gastro. I figure I haven't lost weight while having CP why would I lose weight with this? I also have joints that ache for no reason and my husbands Aunt (retired nurse) suspects I have fibromilagia and my FNP suspects CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) but doesn't want to do anything for it except try to prescribe me a pill that will give me energy...but my HMO has rejected that med 4 times now. So I got up this morning, ate breakfast, took a shower and napped for 1 1/2 hours. Then went for a allergy shot later this afternoon (2:00 pm) and napped again for another hour. I really didn't do anything in between these times. This is a usual day for me and I hate it! BUT I did find out something I have long suspected last night. I took a pain pill at 9:30 pm along with my zanax. I didn't get to sleep last night until 3:00 am and couldn't believe the pain BURSTS that I was having even after taking the percocet. I had long suspected that I was having pain I was " dealing with " in my sleep and thats why I was tired the next day and last night just confirmed that for me. Usually when I take a zanax and pain pill I will be asleep within 2 hours max. These pain bursts were intense to say the least for the 10 or 15 minutes they lasted. Then they would go away and then return little while later. My husband said when I did get to sleep I was moaning in my sleep.....Which makes sence because I was dreaming I was in pain. I do that alot. So it just isn't my subconsience (sp) making that up, it's real. I wonder if anyone else has encountered the same thing. Who else deals with the pain in their sleep that makes them exhausted the next day? Sandy in Ca
