Hi, Goran,

I might just confuse things, but I weighed a cup of almond flour on my

kitchen scale and it weighed 110-120 grams. I think almond flour

might weigh more than ground almonds because it's ground finer and you

can get more into the cup.

Ok, I just read what Marilyn wrote about 6-7 ounces/cup works

best--she packs the almond flour firmly into the cup.

6.5 oz is 185 grams.
